Danielle Shirley

Danielle has been with Keller Williams for 5 years, and is the Executive Assistant for Sharon Ketko & Associates. As Sharon’s personal assistant, her role includes coordinating the set-up of all new listings; scheduling Sharon’s appointments; aiding Realtors, homeowners, and the Centralized Showing Service (CSS) in communicating about showings; maintaining listing paperwork and record keeping; and orchestrating the Sharon Ketko & Associates trademark Open House Tour each week. When your home is initially listed, Danielle will consult with you to determine the actual date that your listing will “go active” (e.g. a sign goes in your yard, showings begin, Realtors can access your property’s info on the MLS, and your home will be visible to the public on Sharon’s Website, Realtor.com etc.) Prior to activating your listing, Sharon will provide you with the necessary paperwork (your Listing Agreement and Seller’s Disclosure) and Danielle will collect these items when they are completed by you. She will also collect your survey, square footage measurement, and list of upgrades/improvements, as well as put you in touch with the Marketing Director for photos. While your home is on the market, Danielle will update and maintain your paperwork as necessary. Each week, as she coordinates the Open House Tour, she may contact you offering to include your home – or you are welcome to request an Open House. At any time, she will address any of your questions and concerns, and keep the lines of communication open between you, Sharon, CSS, and other Realtors. This will include gathering feedback from your showings and sharing those responses with you regularly. |
