Sam Taylor has been with The Sharon Ketko Group since 2014 as the Marketing Director.
He communicates with the sellers, schedules the photo appointments, develops the Marketing materials for all properties, manages the online profiles of every property, and builds the Simply the Best magazine that showcases all properties. One of Sam’s major responsibilities is designing, Editing, and Overseeing Printing and Distribution of Sharon’s 24-40 page Listing Publication, Simply the Best, delivered bi-monthly to 15,000 market center households. Sam has also innovated an extensive Social Media Marketing Strategy propelling The Sharon Ketko Group into Digital Age. Sam analyzes the ever-changing Real Estate Market thoroughly, developing marketing strategies accordingly.
Sam also acts as the company-wide Webmaster, consistently keeping the organization website accurate and up to date. Along with the personal website, Sam manages The Sharon Ketko Group’s professional Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google+, Blogger, Zillow, Trulia, Realtor pages daily. In order to make sure clients are serviced appropriately, Sam negotiates between the Group and Vendors and Tradesmen frequently.
Whether he is scheduling the photographs of your house, designing your in-home graphics, or creating your property’s panel in the next issue of the Magazine, Sam is always hard at work for you.
