I’m going to let you in on a little “house-selling” secret.
In today’s info-saturated, sophisticated market, home sellers want to sell and get the biggest bang for their buck, but guess what? Buyer’s don’t necessarily care about what YOU want, they have their agenda and expect to get what THEY want! Now that may sound harsh, and don’t get me wrong, I want you to walk away from the deal thoroughly happy, but there is an art to selling a home at top price. What I want you to understand, is that all the marketing in the world will not sell your home if your home is overpriced and you are not listening to and following the market.
With my marketing program, I have homes that sell for the highest price per square foot in their neighborhoods all of the time. We are even able to generate multiple offers for some of our Sellers in this market. I hope this will be your story, too. If it is not, here is my advice: IMPROVE, REDUCE …or get off the market.
What to do?

The Bottom Line
You have to be realistic about what is “price possible” for your property. You have to be willing to follow what the market is telling you, understand the local comps, fix the areas that are hurting you, and listen to feedback. From there it’s a piece of cake!
